This one is simply to welcome you to the New Year!

Today I dive into the often overlooked part of recovery when everybody starts off hard charging.

-less volume, not always intensity

-Passive Rest
-walking and working in
-just different than your normal activity

-Total Rest

-Soft tissue
-lax ball, foam roller and stretching
-any manual work

-not just about protein
