This was a fun one to record, but I was a little all over the place.
It was hard to focus because there is no one size fits all approach. I did my best to share with you the ins and outs of pre, peri and post-workout nutrition so that you can find what works best for you. It still comes down to eat whole foods in the right ratios, much like regular eating. There are a few tweaks of course, so I encourage you to try them out.
Above all, get clear on your goals and you will be able to measure what is working best for you!
