About a year back I started to listen to Geoff’s podcast–The Mentee and was absolutely hooked from the beginning.
He was very straightforward about sharing both success and struggles in his business. It was more than this though because Geoff would share his challenges with entrepreneurship and family life as well as his health challenges (mainly lack of sleep from 2 young kids).
Fast forward to now and Geoff is working right along with Jay Papasan and Gary Keller, the authors of The One Thing, and sharing how to “upgrade your five.” This is in reference to you are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with and is important to note here because your health will reflect from the five people you are around the most and this can be either positively or negatively.
