Wiat, renting a car is the last thing that can be done. Yes, that’s right, you’re considered an adult for 18 years, before you can rent a car. Okay, you can rent it earlier, they just charge you more. The big thing here is frontal lobe development. Impulse control, emotional regulation. Yeah, they are big and using electronic devices near your head all the time and in general can be a big deal and disrupt the frontal lobe. This isn’t saying don’t use electronic devices, it’s just a warning for proper use. Good luck!
