Fat In Your Coffee

This one is pretty simple. If you want the caffeine in the coffee to last longer, add some fat to it. My preferred is butter, but you can go with cream or coconut oil too. Creamers aren’t the best option. Some of them are actually fat free so not really going to help slow it down into the system either. The point is that you want to avoid a cortisol and adrenaline response as activated by the caffeine going into the bloodstream. Just mix in some good fat and enjoy!
