After having had a few friends be diagnosed with cancer recently and having conversations with them I wanted to put this out there. This is not meant to be a “hey, you have to do this,” but more of here are things you can try. The first 4 things on the list are my non-negotiables. They are things that we all would benefit from. Most other things are great for health and what I like to do on a daily basis.
- Ground to Mother Earth as much as possible
- Get as much sunshine/natural sunlight as possible
- Full body exposure, especially affected area
- When indoors use full spectrum lighting and
- Red Lights
- Let’s not forget the UVA/UVB as well
- No non native EMF on my body. No wearables or phones.
- Get outside
- Consume lots of chaga and reishi mushrooms
- Drink locally sources vortexed water. If can’t get this then filter it like crazy to get the garbage out and add in salt.
- Eliminate negativity in your life
- Maintain or learn to cultivate a strong mind through meditation or any means that work for you
- Work in and doing moving meditations to help pump your body
- Seek out heelers of all sorts
- Craniosacral therapy
- Acupuncture
- Molecular hydrogen in morning water
- High dose magnesium
- Shielded bedroom
- Go into ketosis, at least cyclically
- Learn to breath properly all the time
- Be happy and learn what happy baking is for you
- Walk a whole lot to keep pumping the body
- Eat a lot of seafood, eat the rainbow of fruits and veggies (more veggies than fruit), mostly low carb and Organic
- High does, whole food vitamin C
- Do more ayahuasca and psilocybin mushrooms
- Talk to and ask God why this is happening. Remember that everything happens for a reason and what is it do I have to learn from this
- Live like you are dying. Quit job if not loving it and find something that is fulfilling
- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
